We’ve been in business together since 2005, and our company’s name pays tribute to Monkey Island, a park from our childhood.

I share why our purpose is to “Build rich lives together,” and what that really means beyond financial success—richness in relationships, time, and shared experiences.

I also talk about why, despite common advice against it, going into business with friends has been one of the best decisions of my life.
